Ty the Knot is a pale ale that was brewed for a wedding by my brother Tyler. To tie the knot means to get married. The origin of the phrase tie the knot refers to a custom in which couples were tied together in ceremony to signify their bond. It symbolizes the future, and how love and marriage will continue to be strong. The logo is branded on wood to denote the permanence of marriage. The label also made a background appearance on the Netflix series “Easy.”
