Over more than three years, I played a pivotal role in establishing LiveVox’s brand identity through the creation of comprehensive marketing collateral that supported business growth and stakeholder engagement. In addition to fulfilling diverse marketing needs, I took a hands-on role in product design—focusing on user-centered design principles to enhance the platform’s usability and functionality.
The CCaaS software empowers agents and managers with a 360° customer view, enabling personalized, context-aware interactions. My primary focus was developing a scalable, modular design system and reusable component library that ensured design consistency, accessibility compliance, and responsiveness across devices. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, conducting UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and iterative usability testing to refine the user interface and optimize workflows.
I also contributed to the redesign and ongoing maintenance of a complex 115-page website, implementing information architecture best practices and ensuring a seamless, intuitive user experience aligned with brand standards. Our marketing efforts consistently exceeded key performance indicators, helping LiveVox achieve a successful IPO and eventual acquisition by a leading competitor in the CCaaS space.

I worked closely with the writers and Creative Director to ideate on multiple storyboards in order to direct a small team of animators. It was great learning experience to collaborate with such a talented team and transform ideas into a well executed video. We were later honored to receive the 2022 Award of Excellence from The Communicator Awards.

This was the second video I had the opportunity to act as Lead Designer and Art Director for. The script and focus changed multiple times during the life cycle of this project. We landed on a “challenger” approach; to quickly set up a problem and provide a solution, powered by LiveVox.
