At Bold Penguin, our team lead the UX/UI design of a complex web-based flow that helped users receive personalized insurance quotes. The experience began with a multi-step questionnaire, dynamically tailored based on user inputs. I collaborated closely with product and engineering teams to map the full user journey, identifying key friction points and opportunities to simplify the experience.

Through wireframes, prototypes, and UAT, I refined the interface to ensure clarity and ease of use. I also explored and presented multiple layout options for the quote results page, focusing on visual hierarchy and comparison clarity to support confident decision-making.
